Service Nature

Interior styling services are professional consultation and implementation services. Due to the customized and personalized nature of these services, returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as outlined below.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a scheduled interior styling service:

• Cancellation requests made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service date will receive a full refund
• Cancellation requests made 24-48 hours before the scheduled service date will receive a 50% refund
• Cancellation requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service date are non-refundable

Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

• If the service was not delivered as agreed in the service contract
• If there are significant quality issues that cannot be resolved through revision
• If both parties agree to terminate the service agreement

All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of service completion. Refunds will be processed within 30 business days after approval.

Revision Policy

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our interior styling services. If you are not completely satisfied with the initial styling, we offer:

• One complimentary revision within 30 days of service completion
• Additional revisions may be available at an additional cost, subject to discussion

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

• Services that have been fully completed and delivered
• Custom-purchased items specifically ordered for your project
• Consultation fees for completed consultation sessions

Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns about our interior styling services, we encourage you to contact us directly. We will work with you to resolve any issues and find a satisfactory solution. Most concerns can be addressed through communication and revision.
